You may cancel unshipped orders or items for up to 14 days for a full refund. We cannot accept cancellations of in-stock items after 14 days as we have already restocked those products.

You may cancel unshipped pre-orders for up to 14 days after the items arrive at our warehouse for a full refund. If it has been more than 30 days since the payment was made for the pre-order, the refund will be in the form of a gift certificate. As mentioned above, we cannot accept cancellations of in-stock items after 14 days.
