International packages (and APO, FPO, AK, and HI) are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) Priority Mail International
or Express Mail International.
Our shipping charges are based on actual USPS shipping prices for the selected method and package weight.
Package weight is calculated as weight of games + 2 lbs. for the box and packing materials.
Please note: if your order contains pre-order items, the weight may not be available, in which case we will set the shipping price at
$0.00. In this case I would appreciate if you would pay for the game order immediately.
You will then be contacted for an additional payment when shipping charges have been determined.
Shipping charges are based on a single package. Multiple packages will require an additional payment to cover the additional
shipping & packaging cost.
Please note: the Flat Rate boxes used for Flat Rate international shipping can only hold 1-3 pounds
of card games, and will never be appropriate for any substantial board game orders!

USPS packages will usually ship once a week, usually on Saturday.
As USPS shipping services have recently changed, we do not have a history on which to base delivery time expectations.
Please allow at least 21 days before contacting us about lost packages. You can see the status of your package at any time in My Account.
