The town of Schilda is growing. The crazy people of the town have already constructed the buildings to make their town famous and have neglected the fundamentals like walls and streets.

Players attempt to place walls, streets, and rivers within the town of Schilda closest to the town center (which garners more points). In addition, each player is assigned one of the crazy building types and attempts to place his tiles so that his building type remains visible.
