In fourteenth century Pisa, the great families are the key to success, wealth, and power. Merchants compete to make deals with the most prestigious families, while master builders erect splendid palaces, tower houses, plazas, and more to impress the great families. The center of this quest for wealth and power is the Lungarno district, along the banks of the river Arno. Can you overcome your rivals and dominate Lungarno?

Your goals require not only clever tile play, but also wise use of your limited resources. You must send your merchants to trade with the most prestigious families. When a district is complete, your merchants earn profits. At the end, the most profitable player is the master of Lungarno and wins the game!
