A game of luck, bluff, and intuition.
In Arcanum, players represent different paths for Fate, each seeking to shape the destiny of those Houses to best suit their goals. The first board game by acclaimed Tarot publisher Lo Scarabeo, Arcanum includes a complete tarot deck featuring wondrous illustrations by Patrizio Evangelisti.
Fate is determining destiny and fortune of four noble Houses living in a medieval city. Players will represent different paths for Fate, and will try to shape the destiny of those Houses to best suit their goals. The game is played with a regular Tarot deck, used to move the game pieces on the board and generate effects. The four noble Houses are named after the Tarot suits: Chalices, Pentacles, Wands and Swords.
