The game with a “twist�
(This game is a variation of Uno.)

The dealer opens the round. The players take turns in clockwise order around the table. On his turn, the active player must play a matching card from his hand to the discard pile. A card matches if it is either the same color or the same number or shows the same symbol as the card on top of the discard pile. Afterwards, it is the next player’s turn.

If the active player does not have a matching card, then he must draw one card from the draw pile as a penalty and skip his turn. If the draw pile runs out, shuffle the discard pile and use it as a new draw pile.

Exception: Discarding Out of Turn
If a player has exactly the same number card as the card on top of the discard pile, he can discard this card at any time, even if it is not his turn. This does not apply for symbol cards.
