Players recreate the journey within the wonderful Jules Verne novel Jounry to the Center of the Earth by taking on the roles of the three adventurers: Otto Lidenbrock, his nephew Alex, and Hans.

There are three main phases of the game; the descent into earth, across a subterranean sea, and then propelled upwards by a volcanic eruption. Throughout the game players make discoveries in order to gain the most prestige.
